Listings
Listings are compiled from public sources and from each business's own website. They are provided for information only. A listing is not an endorsement. We do not check licences, insurance or the quality of anyone's work; a badge such as "States insured" means only that the business's own website says so, and the page links to where it says it. Confirm what matters to you with the business before hiring.
Ratings and review counts come from Google and link back to it. We do not publish review text.
Rankings and paid placements
The Top 10 lists are calculated by the published formula at https://newyorkdigitalmarketingagencies.com/methodology/. Payment of any kind, including Premium, Featured and services bought from Varna SEO Agency, never changes a rank, a rating or a review count.
Featured positions are paid placements and are always marked "Featured". A Premium profile adds the owner's own logo, photos, prices and a contact form.
Owner accounts
Only a verified owner can claim a listing, edit it or buy a placement. We verify ownership with a code sent to an email address on the business's own domain, or by a manual check. Everything an owner submits is checked by a person before it appears. Owners must submit only true information they have the right to publish; we may edit or decline any submission.
Subscriptions
Premium ($19 a month) and Featured positions are monthly or yearly subscriptions, paid in advance through Stripe, with prices shown on https://newyorkdigitalmarketingagencies.com/featured/ before checkout. A subscription renews until cancelled. Owners can cancel at any time in the owner portal; the placement stays until the end of the paid period, and paid periods are not refunded unless the law requires it. If a payment fails, the placement is paused after a grace period and released if the payment is not made. A trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
We may end a placement and refund the unused part if a business closes, misleads visitors, or breaks these terms.
Corrections and removal
Anyone can report a mistake, and any business can ask to be removed, at https://newyorkdigitalmarketingagencies.com/corrections/. A person reads every request. We may also remove a listing at our discretion.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Varna SEO Agency is not liable for decisions made on the basis of a listing, or for the work of any listed business. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Law
